My journey into the realm of happiness coaching began very young with a personal quest for meaning and fulfilment. I was a very sad teenager that found no reason to live, and had finally decided to commit suicide. Shortly after from a moment of pure serendipity I came across my first book of positive psychology, that was my “love at first sight” moment. From reading that first chapter in that book to today, my life has only gotten better with each year, and side not…(I have never considered suicide since). Through my own experiences navigating life's challenges and triumphs, I've gained invaluable insights into the power of mindset, gratitude, and self-discovery in cultivating lasting happiness.
